In Mount Abu, Rajasthan, the mercury dropped to 0 degrees Celsius, and a dense fog alert has been issued for nine districts. Madhya Pradesh is also experiencing the effects of the intense cold wave. The meteorological department has issued a warning of severe cold conditions for the next 15 days.
