India’s largest airline, IndiGo, has been fined over ₹458 crore by the Additional Commissioner of CGST, Delhi South Commissionerate. The company announced on Tuesday that the penalty relates to assessments for the financial years 2018-19 to 2022-23 under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017.
