After Nepal, protests have started against the government in France as well. More than 1 lakh people have come out on the streets in support of the nationwide lockdown and demanding the resignation of President Emmanuel Macron. The protesters have also committed arson at many places. The government has deployed 80 thousand policemen. So far, more than 200 rioters have been arrested.
