New Delhi: Due to their suspected involvement in the NEET paper leak issue, two Maharashtra school instructors are the subject of a lawsuit. In Latur, Maharashtra, a First Information Report, or FIR, has been filed.
The Nanded Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) arrested Sanjay Tukaram Jadhav and Jalil Umarkhan Pathan yesterday. They used to manage private coaching centers in Latur in addition to teaching in Zilla Parishad schools.

After being questioned for hours, Jalil Umarkhan Pathan was taken into custody yesterday, while Sanjay Tukaram Jadhav is still at large.

Police have found admit cards and WhatsApp chats of several students on their phones. Both men were in regular contact with a man in the national capital.

Delhi-based Gangadhar helped Sanjay Tukaram Jadhav and Jalil Umarkhan Pathan contact aspirants willing to pay a hefty price for guaranteed success.

The FIR registered by the Maharashtra police also names Gangadhar and Iranna Kongalwar – a trainer at a coaching institute in Nanded. The case has been filed on the charges of cheating and criminal conspiracy.

Numerous students’ WhatsApp conversations and admit cards have been discovered by police on their phones. One of the men in the national capital was a frequent contact for both of them.

Gangadhar, a Delhi-based company, assisted Sanjay Tukaram Jadhav and Jalil Umarkhan Pathan in connecting with candidates who were prepared to pay a high fee in exchange for success assurance.

In the Maharashtra police’s complaint, Gangadhar and Iranna Kongalwar, a coach at a Nanded coaching center, are also named. The allegations of criminal conspiracy and cheating are the basis for the lawsuit.

On Saturday, the investigation into the NEET paper leak case was turned over to the CBI, with the government promising to safeguard the students’ interests. Investigating UGC-NET anomalies, such as documents being leaked and sold on the dark internet, is another task.
