NEW DELHI: The Lok Sabha on Thursday passed the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address via voice vote, notably without the customary reply from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Amid continuous sloganeering by Opposition MPs over the suspension of members and national security issues, Speaker Om Birla adjourned the House until 2:00 PM following the rejection of several amendments.
