A stampede broke out at actor Vijay’s rally in Karur, Tamil Nadu, on Saturday evening. According to Chief Minister Stalin, 39 people died in the accident, including 16 women and 10 children. Fifty-one people are in the ICU. The death toll is expected to rise further.
