A Russian passenger plane has crashed near the Chinese border. 49 people on board the plane have died in the accident. There were 43 passengers and 6 crew members on board. The passengers also included 5 children. Rescue workers have found the wreckage of the Russian passenger plane on a hill about 16 kilometers away from Tinda.
