Heavy rain has been falling in many parts of Himachal Pradesh since last night. The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for very heavy rain today. This warning has been issued in Kangra, Mandi and Sirmaur districts. Heavy rain may occur in these districts till today afternoon and late night. There is an orange alert warning today in 7 districts of the state, Una, Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Chamba, Shimla, Solan and Kullu.
