The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested Shoaib, an associate of suicide bomber Dr. Umar Nabi, in connection with the Delhi bombings. Shoaib, a resident of Dhauj village in Faridabad, was a ward boy at Al-Falah University. He is accused of assisting terrorist Umar in transporting supplies.
