Tilak Verma and Hardik Pandya were not considered 100% fit until the day before the match. If Tilak does not play, Rinku Singh will replace him. There is no like-for-like replacement for Pandya. This means that there is no player in the team who can exactly match Hardik’s skill set. If Pandya is ruled out, India could consider either Harshit Rana or Arshdeep Singh in his place.
