The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear the case of Kerala nurse Nimisha Priya, who was sentenced to death in Yemen. The petition seeks to direct the central government to take diplomatic action. A bench of Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia and Justice Joymalya Bagchi will now hear the case on July 14.
