A disturbing case has surfaced in a Wisconsin school in the US, where allegations of inappropriate behavior involving a female teacher and an 11-year-old student have come to light. Madison Bergmann, a 24-year-old teacher, faces charges of first-degree child sexual assault of a child under the age of 13.

Details outlined in a complaint filed in St. Croix District Court paint a troubling picture of Bergmann’s conduct. It is alleged that she rearranged the child’s desk, positioning it next to hers during class, providing her with the opportunity to touch him discreetly while ensuring other students remained unaware. The student reported instances where Bergmann would rub his thigh and calves during independent reading time and frequently asked him to stay after class.

The complaint further revealed disturbing text messages exchanged between Bergmann and the victim. One message reportedly expressed Bergmann’s desire to “grab his face and push him to the floor and make out with him.” These revelations prompted the boy’s father to alert school authorities, leading to an investigation.

During a search of Bergmann’s belongings, officials allegedly discovered a folder containing handwritten letters addressed to the victim, in which Bergmann professed her love for him and expressed desires to kiss him, stating that he “turns her on” and that she is “obsessed” with him.

The community has been shaken by these revelations, with one parent expressing disbelief, stating, “My daughter thought he was a problem kid. She said that his desk got moved next to [Bergmann’s] a couple of months ago, and she just assumed that he was in trouble.”

Reports indicate that Bergmann was engaged to her fiancé, Sam Hickman, but the wedding has been ‘indefinitely postponed’ in light of these allegations.

Authorities continue their investigation, and Bergmann is expected to appear in court as legal proceedings progress.
