Tahawwur Rana, convicted in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, will be brought to India today. According to reports, a joint team of investigative agency NIA and intelligence agency RAW left with Tahawwur on a special flight on Wednesday. The flight will land at Delhi airport this afternoon. From here, Tahawwur will be arrested and taken to the NIA headquarters.
