Addressing the SCO Summit in Bishkek, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for the complete dismantling of the terrorist ecosystem with zero tolerance for double standards. He said the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation should send a clear message against state-sponsored terrorism and ensure that terrorism is never used as a strategic asset. Modi also outlined a 10-point actionable plan and urged SCO members to strengthen cooperation across three key pillars: security, connectivity and opportunity. He stressed the need to move beyond vision statements towards measurable outcomes.
