New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the centenary celebrations of the Union Public Service Commission at Bharat Mandapam today. The programme marks 100 years since the UPSC was established in 1926 and concludes year-long celebrations that began last October. Modi is scheduled to address the gathering and release a commemorative publication marking the institution’s century-long journey.
