The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed the Delhi and all state governments to release all detained or arrested protesters below 18 years of age who have no previous criminal record. The court also ordered police to preserve all digital evidence related to the incidents and called for an independent and impartial investigation into allegations of police excesses against NEET student protesters.
