London: Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi has stated that he is not a fugitive and is simply travelling around the world. He remarked that governments have extensive powers and are not entities one can easily challenge. Modi also claimed that there are no active legal cases against him, reigniting debate over his long-standing controversy.
