NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Sunday directed authorities not to detain peaceful, unarmed protesters except through lawful procedures. It also ordered normal functioning of Delhi Metro and railway services, restoration of internet facilities and a review of unnecessary barricades. Meanwhile, CJP leaders Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were released after approximately 23 hours in custody.
