In the Delhi blast case, the NIA arrested another associate of terrorist Umar, Jaseer Bilal Wani alias Danish, from Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. It is alleged that Jaseer provided technical support to terrorist Umar, modified drones for explosions, and even attempted to build rockets.
