Aichi-Nagoya: India’s Neeru Dhanda created history at the 2026 Asian Games by winning gold in the women’s individual trap shooting event. She became the first Indian woman to win an Asian Games medal in individual trap. Dhanda scored 28 in the final, setting a new Asian record. The victory also gave India its fifth gold medal of the Games.
