Chennai: A major gas leak at a seafood processing factory in Tamil Nadu claimed the lives of seven workers, all of whom were women. More than 65 others were injured and rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment, with nine reported to be on ventilator support. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the leak and assess safety measures at the facility.
