External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met Chinese Vice President Han Zheng in Beijing on Monday. During this, he mentioned the recent improvement in India-China relations. Jaishankar described the current international situation as complex and said that open dialogue between big neighboring countries like India and China is very important.
