NEW DELHI: A consumer commission has directed Swiggy and a Delhi restaurant to pay ₹1 lakh compensation to a customer over allegedly misleading buffet pricing. The Swiggy Dineout listing showed a lower estimated cost for two, while the restaurant charged higher per-person rates. The commission termed the price difference an unfair trade practice and ordered additional refunds with interest.
