A cloudburst occurred in Paddar sub-division of Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir at 12:30 pm on Thursday. This created flood-like conditions. So far 15 people have died. This figure may increase. The cloudburst occurred in Chashoti village of Paddar. This place is the starting point of Machail Mata temple.
