Air passengers can now cancel or change their tickets within 48 hours of booking without any additional charges. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has released a draft to implement these rules. The DGCA has requested public suggestions until November 30th. If all goes well, the rules will be finalized soon.
