NEW DELHI: The Department of Posts has approved a Productivity Linked Bonus for eligible employees for the 2025–26 accounting year, equivalent to 60 days’ emoluments. Regular employees may receive up to ₹13,816, based on a monthly wage ceiling of ₹7,000. Eligible categories include MTS, Group C, non-gazetted Group B employees, Gramin Dak Sevaks and qualifying casual labourers.
