Thousands of WhatsApp users reported their accounts were suddenly blocked with an “Under Review” message, leaving them unable to access chats or other features. The restrictions were imposed without prior warning. Responding to the complaints, the company acknowledged that such errors can occasionally occur and said affected accounts are being reviewed.
