Agra: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has criticized the Uttar Pradesh government’s decision to set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe alleged irregularities in donations and financial management of the Ram Temple Trust. He termed the move unfortunate for Sanatan Dharma. Meanwhile, temple construction committee chairman Nripendra Mishra welcomed the probe, while the trust stated that no irregularities have been found in internal audits so far.
