NEW DELHI: Rainfall and strong winds lashed Delhi-NCR on Sunday morning, bringing relief from record-breaking early March heat. The IMD has issued an ‘Orange Alert’ for Delhi, forecasting moderate rain and thunderstorms until March 20 across Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan. Driven by a Western Disturbance, temperatures are expected to drop by 3-5°C, providing a much-needed respite from the recent heatwave.
