Mumbai: Veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar revealed he turned down the offer to write songs for the upcoming film Border 2. During an interview with Aaj Tak, he criticized the current trend of reworking old songs, describing it as a sign of creative bankruptcy within the music industry.
