Karnataka Police on Thursday registered an FIR against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), DNA Event Management Company and Karnataka Cricket Association in the stampede case. They have been accused of criminal negligence during the victory parade. The FIR states that the stampede occurred due to chaos and negligence of the responsible agencies.
