The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its interim order on three issues after hearing petitions challenging the validity of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025. These issues include denotification of properties declared as Waqf by the court, Waqf-by-user or Waqf by deed. The Supreme Court heard the case for three consecutive days before reserving the verdict.
