Air Marshal Narmadeshwar Tiwari on Friday took charge as the new Vice Chief of the Air Force. He will succeed Air Marshal SP Dharkar, who retired on April 30. Before taking over as the Vice Chief of the Air Force, Air Marshal Tiwari served as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) of the South Western Air Command (SWAC) based in Gandhinagar.
