India is set to sign a deal with France on Monday for the purchase of Rafale-Marine fighter jets. The Rs 63,000 crore deal was approved by the Cabinet Committee on Security, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on April 9. The deal will be signed in New Delhi.
