NEW DELHI: YouTuber Dhruv Rathee was detained by police from his residence in Gurugram’s Sector 56 on Saturday ahead of the Cockroach Janta Party’s proposed protest at Jantar Mantar. Police sources said he was on his way to join the demonstration. The party demanded his immediate release, while Delhi Police had earlier denied permission for the protest, citing security concerns and procedural requirements.
