The BRICS New Delhi Declaration strongly condemned the April 2025 Pahalgam terror attack and called for zero tolerance towards terrorism. Member countries stressed the need to stop cross-border movement of terrorists, disrupt terror financing and dismantle safe havens. The declaration also said those involved in terrorism and their supporters must be held accountable and brought to justice under relevant laws.
