New Delhi: Police removed supporters of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) from Jantar Mantar during a protest. CJP alleged that unarmed demonstrators were beaten and police used lathi charge during the Parliament march. The party also claimed police threw stones near Connaught Place. Authorities have not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of reporting.
