Patiala: Noor Singla has achieved All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) in the CA Final Examination 2026, bringing pride to Punjab. According to the results announced by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he scored an impressive 499 out of 600 marks. Noor had earlier secured AIR 2 in the CA Intermediate examination. His remarkable achievement has been widely celebrated across the state.
