The Bombay High Court has issued a notice to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in a case involving the alleged use of fake ‘AB Forms’ during the BMC elections. The petition alleges that fraud was committed with official nomination papers during the election process. Taking cognizance of this serious complaint, the court has sought a response from the party.
