Lalit Modi, declared an economic offender in India, apologized to the Indian government in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday. A video was uploaded to Lalit Modi’s X account on December 22, in which he appeared with fugitive Vijay Mallya. In the video, Lalit referred to himself and Mallya as India’s two biggest fugitives.
