The Supreme Court has stayed the bail granted to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar, the accused in the Unnao rape case. The court issued a notice to Sengar, seeking his response. The case will be heard after four weeks. Sengar was granted bail by the Delhi High Court on December 23. The CBI had filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the bail three days ago.
