India has expressed deep concern over the ongoing incidents of violence against religious minorities in neighboring Bangladesh. The Ministry of External Affairs stated that the “unrelenting hostility” against Hindus, Christians, and Buddhists in Bangladesh is a serious matter and that India is closely monitoring the situation there.
