Union Home Minister Amit Shah will arrive in Chandigarh today. In view of his visit, the Chandigarh Traffic Police has issued a special traffic advisory for December 19 and 20. Traffic will be partially controlled on several main roads from 9 PM to 10 PM today and from 10 AM to 11 AM tomorrow. The public is advised to take alternative routes.
