In Patna on Monday, while handing out appointment letters to AYUSH doctors, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar removed the hijab of a female doctor, Nusrat Parveen, with his own hands. He first gave Nusrat her appointment letter, then looked at her intently. The woman also smiled at the Chief Minister. The RJD tweeted, “What has happened to Nitish ji?”
