Amidst the Indigo flight crisis, the government has instructed the company to trace and deliver passengers’ baggage within the next 48 hours. The airline has also been ordered to process refunds for cancelled or delayed flights and complete the entire refund process by 8 PM on December 7th. Meanwhile, more than 800 flights were cancelled on Saturday.
