Ten new bills will be introduced in Parliament’s winter session, including the Atomic Energy Bill, 2025, which opens up the civilian nuclear sector to private players. Bills also include the creation of a Higher Education Commission, expediting land acquisition for national highways, corporate law amendments, and a securities market code. The session will begin on December 1 and conclude on December 19.
