Voting is underway for the second and final phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, covering 122 seats in 20 districts. As of 3 pm, 60.40% voter turnout has been recorded, an increase of approximately 6 percent from the first phase. Muslim-majority Kishanganj recorded the highest voter turnout at 66.10%, while Nawada recorded the lowest at 53.17%.
