India is now preparing to cut crude oil imports from Russia. According to news agency PTI, the government took this decision following the US’s new sanctions on Russia. The US has banned all transactions with Russia’s state-owned oil companies, Rosneft and Lukoil. These sanctions are effective November 21st.
