The IRCTC scam case was heard in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday. The court framed charges against Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi Yadav. It stated that the entire tender scam was conspired with Lalu Yadav’s knowledge and that he had interference in the tender process.
