After taking charge, Nepal’s interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki said that those killed in the Gen-Z movement will be declared martyrs. The families of the victims will also be given compensation of 10 lakh Nepalese rupees each. 51 people were killed in the violence, including 1 Indian woman. Karki also vowed to end corruption.
